Kelly Knabenschuh is a Kinesiologist at Longevity Nexum who is committed to helping individuals improve their health, regain confidence in their bodies, and extend their quality of life! She has supported numerous clients in losing dozens of pounds, improving blood markers related to diabetes, and building sustainable habits that lead to long-term health and longevity.

Kelly believes that true results come from looking beyond exercise alone. Her approach addresses the whole picture — movement, nutrition, sleep, stress, and daily lifestyle habits. She regularly incorporates simple, motivating challenges — such as step challenges and daily movement goals — to help clients increase incidental movement and stay active in their everyday lives.

Kelly believes that health is built through consistent habits, not perfection. By encouraging small, achievable actions like walking more, breaking up long periods of sitting, and finding opportunities to move throughout the day, she helps clients build momentum and improve their overall energy and resilience. These challenges not only support physical health, but also improve mental well-being by making movement feel approachable and rewarding.

By meeting clients where they are and creating realistic, individualized plans, she helps them feel stronger, more confident, and more in control of their health.
