With Thanksgiving around the corner our team at Longevity Nexum wanted to highlight a few things that we are thankful for, as well as some of our Thanksgiving traditions!

Kelly & Chelsey’s Thanksgiving Traditions

This Thanksgiving our Kinesiologist Kelly will be spending some quality time with both her side of the family and her Fiancé’s. Thanksgiving traditions for Kelly growing up consisted of going to Howell’s Pumpkin Patch in Niagara followed by dinner with her extended family. Enjoying all things pumpkin…food and drinks! A tradition with her Fiancé’s family is making his great grandmother’s famous stuffing recipe that has been in the family for generations!

Our Kinesiologist, Chelsey, loves this time of year with the beautiful fall colours, cooler but sunny days and delicious food! Chelsey will always get together with her family for a big Thanksgiving feast that includes the traditional turkey, stuffing, potatoes and her favourite… carrot and turnip mash. This year Chelsey is thankful to celebrate her first Thanksgiving in her new house with her partner. She is also looking forward to spending some quality time with all of her siblings under one roof again and walk on the beach with her nieces.

What We Are Thankful For

Our Kinesiologists at Longevity Nexum are thankful for our family, friends, and clients! Thank you for your support and trusting us with your health. Your health will always be our top priority, and we wouldn’t be where we are today without the support from you all!

We are so thankful to have the opportunity to help our clients continue to play with their grandchildren as they age, prevent chronic diseases from creeping up, and improve their quality of life. To ensure they can enjoy these holiday festivities and create lasting memories with their loved ones for as long as possible!
