It’s also important to consider your lifestyle. For instance, if you have kids and finding a babysitter is hard, then maybe going into a gym is unrealistic. In that case, at home workouts or virtual training would be an excellent option! Lastly, if you thrive in a social setting, look for 1-1 training or group classes. Connecting with others can enhance your motivation and make exercising more enjoyable.
